How fast are the alerts?
Price checks run every five minutes by default. Email and push delivery add their own delay. A brief price move between checks can be missed. These are not real-time trading alerts.
What does a percentage alert compare?
A 24-hour alert uses the provider's rolling 24-hour change in your selected currency. A 1-hour alert uses locally stored price samples and needs about one hour of history after the worker starts. It will wait rather than guess when history is missing.
How do repeating alerts work?
Price and percentage alerts can fire on their first matching check. A repeating alert must then see the condition become false and true again, with at least an hour between triggers. Crossings during that cooldown are ignored. Daily summaries follow your selected timezone; missed summaries are not sent in bulk.
What data is stored?
Your email, alert choices, sign-in sessions, optional encrypted push subscriptions, and recent alert/delivery records. Verification links expire after 30 minutes; sessions after 7 days. Delivery records are retained for 7 days and alert history for 30 days. The site owner must publish its complete privacy and backup-retention policy before public launch.
